1.1 These Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of the goods by you, the Customer, from Valleycomics.
1.2 Prices are subject to change and we reserve the right to change prices on the website without notice. Occasionally orders may be cancelled where we feel it is appropriate without liability to ourselves.
1.3 All prices are in UK pounds.
1.4 All orders must be paid in UK pounds before goods are dispatched.
1.5 These are the terms on which we sell all Goods to you. By ordering any of the Goods, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.6 When you place an order with us, you are making an agreement to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. If you haven't received this email please check your junk folder. If not there please email us at email@example.com and we will send another copy. Please keep this email in the event of the item(s) having to be returned.
1.7 Orders will only be sent to the address filed under the buyer's Paypal that was used to pay for the item(s). If this differs from the address registered on this website then we will contact the buyer to confirm the correct details.
1.8 In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.
1.9 Images of the products on this website are, in most cases, of the actual item(s) for sale. Where stock photos are used this will be noted in the description of the item(s).
1.10 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that the device you are viewing them from will accurately reflect the quality and/or detail of the item(s). Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible all information provided is provided in good faith.

2. How to Place and Order
2.1 You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time. If you prefer to order by telephone you can do so by calling 01903-877426.
2.2 Postage charges will be shown prior to you placing your order.
2.3 You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.
2.4 We use secure payment facilities for online purchases. You can pay for your order by Paypal,

2.6 Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.

4.1 You can cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are unable to accept cancellations by phone.
4.2 You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

6. Faulty Goods
6.1 The majority of items for sale from our website are second hand so with a combination of the item(s) title, description and pictures we aim to provide a suitable position of the condition(s). Further information can be found on our Grading page.
6.2 If there is a problem with the item(s) please notify us by email or in writing providing details of the problem. In addition, you must provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this saves you having to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
