Return and Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange any returns.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
It is suggested that the item to be returned should be sent with proof of posting and/or a tracked and/or signed service.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Paypal account.
You will receive the credit within a 7 days of the refund being agreed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, any postage costs on the original order will be deducted from your refund.
Loss or Damage
In the event of an item being lost or damaged, by the delivery service, please contact us so that we confirm the situation.
If you believe an item has been lost please confirm that the correct length of time has passed before contacting us. Our dispatch times are 72 hours excluding weekends and public holidays. Estimated delivery times can be found on our Delivery Information page. Royal Mail consider items lost after a longer period of time has passed. The number of days is shown below:
- UK - 10 working days after due date
- Europe - 20 working days after due date
- Rest of the World - 25 working days after due date
For damaged items it would be appreciated if pictures could be taken so that we can use them when making claims against the delivery service.
