Prices / Ordering 

Prices are subject to change and we reserve the right to change prices on the website without notice. Occasionally orders may be cancelled where we feel it is appropriate without liability to ourselves.

Occasionally things can go wrong, and if they do we will try and resolve them to everyone’s satisfaction. If prices or postage are higher than they should be we will refund the difference, and if too low then we’ll notify the purchaser and issue a correct invoice or offer a full refund and cancel the order.

All prices are in UK pounds.

All orders must be paid in UK pounds before goods are dispatched.

Overseas orders always welcome. You must be at least 16 to order our products. Certain comics are based at “Mature Readers” and may contain adult themes. Please email us if you have any queries regarding the suitability of any of our products.

We do not sell "adult only" material, but you must be aged at least 16 to order from this site. Many items are suitable for all ages, but please be aware that some more modern comics may contain adult themes and language. Most of these items are aimed at readers 16 years and older. Please email us if you have questions regarding the suitability of an item for readers under the age of 16.

Payment

We accept Paypal, Cheques, Postal Orders, Bankers Draft and Cash.

Payment by Credit or Switch card can be made by the use of PayPal.

Please make cheques payable to Craig Sinclair.

If sending payment by cash then this should be sent by registered post.

Postage & Packing

Postage is calculated on an actual weight basis and includes all packing and costs with a minimum charge of £2. Maximum UK postage will be £10.

Insurance on purchases can be selected and is calculated at 0.75% of the value of the goods and will be included, if selected, in the total postage cost.

Overseas postage will always be by airmail unless a different service is specifically requested.

Overseas orders of 20 comics or more should contact us first as postage can start to get expensive. If the weight is over 2KG, for Overseas orders, then final postage costs will be confirmed before final total calculated.

We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post so if you want it covered please request insurance.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed as these are down to 3rd parties so are out of our hands. Goods will be dispatched within 3 working days unless notified otherwise.

All goods will be securely packed.

Please include a telephone number with any order or correspondence.

Returns

If you wish to receive a refund please return the item(s) within 14 days of purchase. We will always be happy to give a refund if you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase. Though this will exclude postage costs, as this is not refundable. The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as they were sent out. The refund will be provided after we have received the returned item(s). Please note that on goods that have been lost or damaged in the post refunds cannot be given unless insurance has been paid for. All refunds will be at our discretion and if we feel a customer is being unreasonable we re reserve the right to with hold the refund or to charge a 20% administration charge.

Grading

We use the Overstreet grading system for grading our comics. We also try and use the same system for our books and magazines.
